Now then gentleman, have you joined the campaign? You know… Movember, with the moto of ‘changing the face of men’s health’.
Movember is proving to be a fantastic global campaign, raising the awareness of men’s health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer and mental health suicidal prevention. This may well relate to you, either personally or for your friends and family.
Most gentlemen would be happy to hold a conversation regarding their moustache. It’s easy isn’t it, not embarrassing at all, “Is your moustache behaving itself, growing well, looking good?” Have you found yourself trimming, combing, oiling and generally looking after it? But have you ever wanted or needed to have a conversation regarding your, ummm, you know, your errr… ‘little fella’ or the areas in front, behind and around it, gosh how do you even refer to those areas…‘front bottom, crotch, rear passage’…?
Did you know, you don’t need to simply put up with any bladder or bowel leaking, erectile dysfunction or pain in that area? There are ways to help it and make a real difference to your quality of life.
The good news is we have professionals working at One Stop Doctors who will make having the conversation about any problems with your prostate, penis or bowel as easy as talking about your moustache (or lack of one!)
Gerard Green is a specialist men’s health physiotherapist at One Stop Doctors. He can help work on a treatment programme with you or someone you think this may relate to. So why not give us a call and actually deal with the real issues behind the Movember campaign?
